Account Deletion Policy

At FitMyCity, we respect your right to manage your personal data, including the option to delete your account. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your FitMyCity account, kindly send an email to contact@fitmycity.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following details:

• Your registered email address

• Your full name

• A brief reason for account deletion (optional)

Processing Time

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm the deletion via email. Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data, including bookings, memberships, and transaction history, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Important Notes

• If you have an active membership, we recommend canceling it before requesting deletion.

• Deleting your account will not automatically cancel any pending payments or subscriptions; please ensure all financial matters are settled before proceeding.

• Some legal and financial records may be retained as required by applicable laws.
